Our main shipping facility is located in Phoenix, Arizona, where we happily ship out orders Monday- Friday. Our best-sellers often ship out of our Arizona shipping facility. However your order could be reasisigned to one of our other warehouses (California, Europe, China, Thiland, New York and more coming soon). An order can be reassigned for a number of reasons but mainly due to: backlog of orders at our Arizona warehouse, Size/color is on backorder, a closer warehouse to your location that has stock of your item. We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships. Most items ship out within 1-3 business days. The transit time of delivery can vary anywhere from 3-20 days of delivery depeneding on you deliery location and which facility the item shipped out from.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you recieved, simply reach out to us at support@thisbin.com, let us know the issue and one of our amazing customer specialists will assist you in getting a refund if you are within 30 days of your delivery and if the item is still in its original conditon.
