Our main shipping facility is located in Phoenix, Arizona, where we happily ship out orders Monday- Friday. Our best-sellers often ship out of our Arizona shipping facility. However your order could be reasisigned to one of our other warehouses (Europe, China, Thiland, New York and more coming soon). An order can be reassigned for a number of reasons but mainly due to: backlog of orders at our Arizona warehouse, Size/color is on backorder, a closer warehouse to your location that has stock of your item. We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships. Most items ship out within 1-3 business days. The transit time of delivery can vary anywhere from 3-20 days of delivery depeneding on you deliery location and which facility the item shipped out from.
