An order can be reassigned for a number of reasons but mainly due to: backlog of orders at our Arizona warehouse, Size/color is on backorder, a closer warehouse to your location that has stock of your item. We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships. Most items ship out within 1-3 business days. The transit time of delivery can vary anywhere from 3-20 days of delivery depeneding on you deliery location and which facility the item shipped out from.
